Teens are invited to the Lincoln Public Library on Saturday, November 8 from 1:00-3:00 PM for a stop-motion animation workshop using Movie Maker. Each teen needs to bring a digital camera, a cable that will connect the ...camera to a computer, a USB drive or CDR for saving your movie PLUS action figures, stuffed animals, or anything else to "star" in your movie. Adam Bohorquez will be leading the class; he led a similar one this past summer. Please register at Reference or call 333-2422, x17.
DIY Canvas Art
Teens, join us on Election Day November 4 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Lincoln Public Library for an artistic afternoon. We will create a painting on canvas to decorate your wall or other space. Appropriate for ages 12-18. Limited to 10 students. All materials supplied by the Friends of the Library. Please register at Reference or call 333-2422, ext. 17.

The Teen Anime Group meet on Mondays from 3:30-5:00 PM except for October 13th and the month of December. The club will resume in January. The meetings include movie clips, drawing, and chat. Appropriate for ages 11-14.
The Fall session of Book Buddies at the Lincoln Public Library will begin on Wednesday, September 24th from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The program will run on consecutive Wednesdays through Novemberr 19th, except for November 5th. Each week, Teen Readers aged 11-18 meet with L’il Book Buddies aged 3-8 years. This is a Young Adult/Teen program supervised by the Young Adult Librarian.
