Teen Reading for Fines
As part of the Summer Reading Program at Lincoln Public Library, we invite students aged 11-18 to read for $$$ from July 1st through August 6th. Coupons are ONLY redeemable at Lincoln Public Library.

Sea Sculptures with Adele Karbowski
Lincoln Public Library invites students aged 12-18 to make small sea sculptures using plaster, wire and other materials. Have fun and learn some new techniques from artist Adele Karbowski! Scheduled for Monday August 2nd from 4-5:30. $5 materials fee due at registration. Limited to 12 participants. Register at Reference or call 333-2422 x.17.

Wednesday, August 4th from 2 to 4 pm
Lincoln Public Library is offering two days of drawing that are based on the Big Draw! Program that was coordinated by RISD this past spring. On Wednesday, July 21st, we concentrated on a water theme. On August 4th the theme will be water creatures. Suitable for all ages, this program is limited to youth ages 11-18. Dr. Seibel will be describing some of the unique traits and behaviors of deep-sea organisms.

Cartooning with Tony Fig(ueroa)
Local artist Tony Figueroa will teach two (2) cartooning classes at the Lincoln Public Library in August. Wednesday, August 18th from 5:30-7:30 is set for ages 10-12. Thursday, August 19th from 5:30-7:30 is set for ages 13-16. Maximum number of students for each class is twelve(12). Materials supplied by library. Preregistration is required.
