Tax Assistance
The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program offers free tax help to low-income ($35,000 and below) and people who cannot prepare their own tax returns. Volunteers sponsored by various organizations receive training to help prepare basic tax returns in communities across the country.
IRS certified community volunteers will be providing free tax preparation on Wednesday, February 1st, Thursdays, February 9th and 16th, and Wednesdays, February 22nd through April 11th. Assistance will be available in the program room from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
